We will be open for appointments and will continue to provide curbside service with the added option of remaining in your vehicle or coming into the building. When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call or text us at 317-846-7334. A team member will come out to your car and escort you and your pet into the hospital. If you choose to remain in your vehicle, Dr. Flory will examine your pet and you will receive a phone call from him to discuss the findings. Payment will be taken over the phone. Your pet will then be brought back out to you along with any medications/food/instructions. If you are dropping off/picking up your pet for boarding/grooming, that will remain curbside only along with prescriptions/food pick up. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
